Christopher Sayers completed a B.Comm degree at the University of Melbourne in 1992 and subsequently qualified as a chartered accountant. Christopher worked for 15 years in professional services for KPMG and EY Corporate Finance in Australia, the Czech Republic and the UK, where he specialised in advising Fortune 500 and FTSE 100 companies involved in the industrial and manufacturing arenas. Christopher subsequently moved to commerce with stints at Barclays and Aon Re where he spent 5 years at Senior Finance Executive levels.
For the past 10 years, Christopher has developed and grown his own business through Naissance Capital (CEE), an investment and advisory Group based in the EU, which is active in capital raising, business structuring and investment into SME’s. Naissance Capital has over its history participated in a range of interesting ventures, from early-stage cleantech and alternative energy prospects to significant real estate development projects. Naissance Capital and Christopher have retained commercial partners located across the globe, and the Group is currently active on business development projects and investments in the EU, Africa and Australia.
Christopher has a particular interest in working with clients and on projects involving industrial and information technology and enjoys engaging with engineers and architects in bringing creative and promising ideas to commercial fruition.
Naissance Capital has interests in real estate projects in the Karlin district of Prague, which during the early 20th century housed many industrial and manufacturing facilities and today contains a number of industrial and period architectural sites and buildings of significant importance.
