Linda graduated in 2016 from the Law Faculty of Charles University in Prague, Czech Republic, where she has received her Master’s degree. As a student, she gained practice in large international law firms, such as Hogan Lovells or CMS Cameron McKenna. Linda is currently a junior associate at Baker McKenzie international law firm where she counsels in pharmaceutical and employment law.
Linda’s practice focuses on ensuring compliance with legal regulations and ethical standards both under Czech and Slovak legal regulation in the area of pharmaceuticals and medical devices, including regulatory law issues, clinical trials advertising and pricing & reimbursement of pharmaceuticals and medical devices, as well as general regulation of provision and reimbursement of healthcare services and general regulation of the medical profession.
Apart from that, her expertise also includes employment law and immigration issues, anticorruption regulation, data privacy and food labelling legal areas.
