Alice Kubíčková

Director, Chamber of Legal Responsibility

Alice graduated from Masaryk University in Brno, after which she worked at prestigious international and Czech law firms. In 2011, she founded LP Legal, a law firm whose team now provides comprehensive legal consultancy in all areas of law and is the only office in the Czech Republic advising on civil service law.

In addition to her legal practice, Alice has begun advocating changes in legislation that would help employees who experience pressure and bullying in the workplace. She actively focuses on the problems of mobbing and bossing, equal working conditions and related labour law issues. Her comments and opinions are often published in specialised articles in printed and online media.

At present, Alice is the director of the Chamber of Legal Responsibility, which she founded due to the need to inform the general public and raise awareness not only in the field of law, but also in social responsibility, ethics and etiquette. She works with prominent organisations defending and supporting the rights of security forces, and actively collaborates with several senators and the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs in the 22% to Equality (22% k rovnosti) project as well as with other major institutions.
