Denisa graduated from Faculty of Education at Jan Evangelista Purkyne University in Usti nad Labem, Czech Republic. Also, she studied at University in Malaga, Spain and at University in Bayreuth, Germany. While studies abroad, she got experience working as a researcher at university in Malaga in cooperation with universities in Madrid and Granada. Her research focused on topics such as education and leadership. Denisa worked as an interpreter and external manager for creativity and innovations for DSF Servis company as well.

In GrowJOB Institute, Denisa focuses on one on one consultations, guiding her clients in personal development, fighting procrastination, and putting their own personal life mission in words and actions. Also, Denisa is responsible for leading the End of Procrastination lectures for the Prague branch office of GrowJOB Institute. Nowadays, she focuses on topics of personal mission, personal pride, satisfaction, public speaking, and innovation in education. Denisa created a project called Teacher of Values which is suppose to motivate teachers to do small changes that bring great results.

Denisa is often invited to attend conferences focused on gender and perception of equal opportunities in society, such as conference Wo.men, Avon against Violence, etc. Also, she lectures for high school and college students, as well as middle school students to help them find their own personal mission and achieve long-term satisfaction.
