Nataša Randlová is the partner and the head of Randl Partners’ employment law department, teacher of Employment Law of Department of Adult Education and Personnel Management at Charles University and member of Advisory body of the Government Legislative Council - member of the Public Law Commission III - Employment Law and Social Affaires.
She graduated from the Faculty of Law of Charles University in Prague and did postgraduate studies at Robert Schuman University in Strasbourg. She obtained her Ph.D. from Faculty of Law of Charles University in Prague as well. She advises Czech and multinational clients daily on all employment law matters, collective bargaining and HR management.
Nataša has wide experience with reorganizations and other ways of terminating employment contracts, manager contracts, working time issues, collective bargaining, outsourcing, business transfers, discrimination and the employment of foreigners. She is the author of many publications in the area of employment law (i.e. Transfer of undertaking and collective dismissal – published by Wolters Kluwer 2016, Labour Code - Commentary published by Wolters Kluwer 2015 first English commentary of Czech Labour Code issued in March 2011 at Wolter Kluwer) and also a speaker in the Czech and foreigner conferences on various problems of employment and HR. She is fluent in Czech, English and French.
Nataša Randlová was awarded Lawyer of the year 2007 for employment law by legal professional bars. She is representing Czech Republic in EELA Boardand she is member of labor law experts panel of European centre of expertise. She is a leading provider of legal know-how recognised by many international rankings, Chambers Europe 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015 and 2016 rated her as " Star Individual” - lawyer with exceptional reputation in the field of employment law.
